Whichever method you choose, you will reach service representatives whose offices are just a short walk from our production floor. They know our products, how they are put together, and in most cases have experience crafting the products themselves. They can answer your questions, take your order, and assist you in deciding the best available shipping options.

In stock dates displayed for out of stock products are estimated dates only and are subject to change. E-mail order confirmations sent will note if the item you are ordering is out of stock.

Product colors may vary when viewed from one computer monitor to another. If you are in doubt about the color/grain you will receive, particularly if you are ordering personalized items, which are non-returnable, we recommend you order swatches of the color/grain you are considering before placing your order. Return Instructions

The packing slip in the package you received from us will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the steps for making a return:

Refer to the packing slip for specific return information.

Pack the items to be returned in the original shipping box whenever possible. Include a copy of the packing list which includes your order number, billing name, and address.

All product returns must be received within 30 days from the date the order was shipped if you are seeking a refund on your purchase. All returns received after the 30 days specified will be ineligible for a refund of any kind. All items returned must be unused and undamaged, again, in original boxes and with all or any accessories that may have come with the item upon purchase.

All personalized items are non-returnable for refund or exchange unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Harbor Leather. Records of orders for personalization will be kept for 90 days, after which, all personalized items will be non-returnable, whatever the cause.

The return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Please package item(s) securely to avoid damage during transit. If you fail to package properly you could compromise your request for a refund or exchange on the item(s) returned.

Keep a record of the Return Tracking Number and expect a refund or replacement within 30 days of Harbor Leather receiving your returned product. Harbor Leather does not refund shipping costs associated with any type of returns unless the return was a result of a manufacturer defect or order processing error. If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or order processing error, we will also refund the full return shipping costs paid.

Please note Harbor Leather is not responsible for shipping costs for exchange requests of any kind.
